This page will concern my life outside of my work. I hope it gives some insight into myself and what I do in my spare time (not that there is a lot of that).

Most importantly, I have been married for 13 years now and have a wonderful wife. Things just keep getting better. I also have a son who is currently 9 years of age. He's full of energy, smart, and an all around wonderful person.

In terms of my family's religious life, we are Eastern Orthodox Christians. We currently attend an OCA church and we were Chrismated in an Antiochian Church. We became Orthodox while living in Lexington, KY under our spiritual father Thomas Gallaway. He's a wonderful priest and the parish of St. Andrews is wonderful. We miss our godparents and friends from the congregation very much. We are currently attending St. Barabaras and are working our way into the community. As we all know, it takes about two years in our society to gain new, deep relationships.

I am also a musician of sorts. I record experimental/ambient music. It gives me a creative outlet and allows me to express myself in a different medium from my work. My love of music stems from the fact that I love the creative part of humankind. It's amazing what home recording and cheap cd duplication has done. It has allowed so many musicians to be heard when many large record labels would never have bothered to give them a chance. Same for radio, which, in my mind, is dead.
